Accudialer: Frequently Asked Questions

There are several basic questions we will answer in order to help you begin your use of our site.

1. What format will I need to upload my numbers? CSV, no hyphens or parenthesises ( ) are needed. Just numbers in column "A" of an Excel spread sheet

2. What caller id number can I use? Any number of your choice.

3. How do I record my greeting and load to the server? Follow the instructions in the text box under the "Sounds" tab. You will be given a number to dial and a code in order to place your recording in the right cue.

4. Can I schedule calls for after normal business hours? Yes. You are responsible to schedule your calls in the correct time slot in accordance with all applicable laws. Generally, collection calls are made between 8:00AM and 9:00PM in the time zone of the member/debtor.

5. How soon will I see the results? Depending on the size of your call campaign, you may begin seeing results within 3 to 5 minutes. Please, allow several minutes for the results to reach their final reporting format.

6. How long should my recording be? Recordings lasting from 30 to 45 seconds have been very effective.

7. Do I need to "scrub" my numbers against the "Do Not Call List"? Generally, when you have a relationship established and you follow other applicable laws, you do not need to scrub your numbers. Ultimately, you are responsible for any call placed with this website.

8. How much does this service cost? This service is charged on a connected minute. There is no charge for a "no answer" or a "busy" call. You are charged in one minute increments. You prepay for the minutes you will need. This keeps the cost to a low $0.18 cents/per connected minute. There is no set-up fee or account minimum fee per month. You have no minimum number of calls to purchase in order to keep your account set-up.

9. How do I buy minutes? There is a tab : Add Funds After your Free Trial of 250 minutes, you purchase the minutes before you run the calls. You can count on about one minute for each call if your message is about 30 seconds. The minutes do not lapse and you are under no obligation to use them during a certain time period.

10. Where can I get support? Contact support to chat with an operator or leave an email.
